Are you having trouble finding qualified and unqualified employees? Job advertisements and also advertisements hardly produce any applicants and the really good employees are already in "firm hands." We at Agentur ZUVERSICHT know these challenges very well. We as a strong team are specialized in recruiting skilled employees worldwide for your company, for example for the hotel industry, handicraft businesses or nursing homes.

We have developed strategies that make it possible to find suitable applicants for almost all areas. We are also happy to search specifically for applicants who would like to complete qualified vocational training in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg or Switzerland. All applicants have the Abitur and some have completed university studies. All certificates and diplomas have been translated into German by an officially accredited translation agency. We can offer highly motivated applicants who have successfully completed German courses and are willing to pay travel expenses themselves. As an agency, we will select the most suitable candidates for you after initial interviews. Let us convince you.

Au Pairs:

Agentur Zuversicht is your partner when it comes to the placement of staff and au-pairs. We know how important it is to have a trustworthy support in this process. We help our host families to apply for a qualified au-pair. Our agency suggests different au-pairs based on the individual needs of the host family. In doing so, we can draw on a variety of different candidates from all over the world.

After selecting an au-pair that best fits the host family, we will establish contact between the host family and the au-pair. This would be possible by WhatsApp, Zoom or by phone. Once the host family and the au-pair agree, we will prepare the contract and visa documents. We will support the au-pair with the visa application, and also with the organization of the journey to the host family. After all organizational questions are handled, we are always at your side with advice and support. If there are any problems with an au-pair, we are happy to advise and try to solve them in a dialog.

Sie haben Schwierigkeiten, qualifizierte und nicht qualifizierte Mitarbeiter zu finden? Stellenanzeigen und auch Inserate bringen kaum Bewerber hervor und die wirklich guten Mitarbeiter sind bereits in "festen Händen". Wir als starkes Team sind darauf spezialisiert, Fachkräfte weltweit für Ihr Unternehmen zu rekrutieren, beispielsweise für das Hotelgewerbe, Handwerksbetriebe oder Pflegeheime.

Wir haben Strategien entwickelt, die es ermöglichen, passende Bewerber für fast alle Bereiche zu finden. Sämtliche Zertifikate und Zeugnisse wurden von einem amtlich zugelassenen Übersetzungsbüro in die deutsche Sprache übersetzt. Wir können Ihnen hoch motivierte BewerberInnen anbieten, die Deutschkurse erfolgreich absolviert haben und bereit sind, Reisekosten selber zu tragen. Au-pair:

Die Agentur Zuversicht ist Ihr Partner, wenn es um die Vermittlung von Personal und Au-pairs geht. Wir wissen, wie wichtig es ist, dabei eine vertrauensvolle Unterstützung zu haben. Wir helfen unsere Gastfamilien bei der Bewerbung um ein qualifiziertes Au-pair. Unsere Agentur schlägt ausgehend von den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Gastfamilie verschiedene Au-pairs vor. Dabei können wir auf eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen KandidatInnen aus der ganzen Welt zurückgreifen.

Nachdem ein Au-pair ausgewählt wurde, das am besten zur Gastfamilie passt, werden wir den Kontakt zwischen der Gastfamilie und dem Au-pair herstellen. Das wäre per WhatsApp, Zoom oder telefonisch möglich. Wenn sich die Gastfamilie und das Au-pair einig sind, werden wir die Vertrags- und Visumsunterlagen erstellen. Wir unterstützen die Au-pairs bei der Visumbeantragung sowie bei der Organisation der Anreise zur Gastfamilie. Nach allen organisatorischen Fragen stehen wir Ihnen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sollte es mit einem Au-pair zu Problemen kommen, beraten wir gerne und versuchen diese im Dialog zu lösen.
