Au-pair
An au-pair is a young person (aged between 18 and 30) who goes abroad to live with a local family and learn or improve a language. The main task is to assist the host family in taking care of the children. This may include light household chores. The goal of these activities is integration and the opportunity for the au-pair to both improve the language and learn about the host family's culture.
All applicants should write their application in German. Agentur Zuversicht asks all candidates to fill in a questionnaire. In addition:
- Certificate of good conduct not older than 3 months (to be applied for in the home country);
- Health examination / medical certificate (not older than 1 month);
- examination / medical certificate (not older than 1 month);
- letter of motivation;
- two photos.
During the placement, Agentur Zuversicht will take into account the ideas of the family and the au-pair as much as possible. We support them with the paperwork and visa matters.
FSJ (Voluntary Social Year)
The FSJ (Voluntary Social Year) is a voluntary service that can be completed in social areas, hotel industry, construction industry and childcare in Germany. It is offered to young adults between 18 and 26 years old. Temporally, the social year can last from 6 months to a year. It is important that applicants have not been in Germany for more than 6 months in the last 5 years.

Applicants should write their application documents in German. All certificates must be submitted with a certified translation in German. During the FSJ-Incoming the participants receive pocket money, accommodation, social security as well as 27 vacation days and 33 educational seminar days with pedagogical support.
BFD (Federal Volunteer Service)
The BFD is a voluntary service for young adults who are over 26 years old. The service is also suitable for foreign applicants who want to learn German and do practical work in the social sector, hotel management, childcare and construction. An important requirement is that applicants should not have been in Germany for more than 6 months in the last 5 years.

Trainee
In the field of nursing and geriatric care, in the trades, in the hotel industry and in gastronomy, significant staff shortages have emerged in recent years.
Agentur Zuversicht offers you a possibility to improve your staffing ratio. We are a private au-pair and employment agency that recruits au-pairs and professionals for the German labor market. At the end of the au-pairs' stay, we have been able to successfully place all applicants in FSJ positions. We accompany our partners through the application process.
Politicians are responding with the Skilled Workers Immigration Act, which came into force on 01.03.2020. The law is intended to facilitate the immigration of qualified workers from third countries. Our applicants from Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Cuba, Togo, Senegal, Rwanda, Uganda and Mongolia are high-performing, highly motivated applicants whom we are happy to introduce to you.
Direct placement of workers
We are specifically looking for applicants who would like to complete a qualified vocational training in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg or Switzerland. All of our applicants have graduated from high school. Some of them have completed university studies. In addition, they have the required certificates. All certificates have been translated into German by an officially accredited translation agency.
We can directly offer you very motivated applicants who have successfully completed German courses and are willing to bear the travel expenses themselves. If you are interested, we will of course send you the complete application documents of the respective applicants. We can additionally offer you an application video, but also a direct interview of the applicants via Zoom. As an agency, we conduct initial interviews and select the most suitable candidates for you.
Cooperation with institutions
Agentur Zuversicht cooperates with a number of institutions where an internship is possible. It is mainly for old people's homes, hospitals, kindergartens, schools, hotels, crafts, where the voluntary social year (FSJ) or the federal voluntary service (BFD) can be done. We take care of all organizational questions around bureaucracy, embassies, insurances, registrations, contracts and possibly accommodations.
