Helene Ekwe - Your mediator of personnel and au-pairs

As a mother who raised her children alone, I know how important it is to get support when the job has you in its grip. Through my years of experience with au-pairs, I help families today to find a suitable au-pair who perfectly complements your family.

Helene Ekwe - Agenturzuversicht

Helene Ekwe introduces herself

Agentur Zuversicht was founded in August 2017. Previously, I worked as a flight attendant and have many years of experience with au-pairs accommodated in my own family. That's why I made the decision to start the agency Zuversicht, to make it easier for other families to get au-pairs, to take away fears and to answer questions.

Through my personal experience I can empathize completely and I know how families feel and what au-pairs want. I have already cared for many families and make sure that I am always there for the families and for the au-pairs.

In this day and age, we need to come together more in order to survive socially. Through the countless crises that we have gone through in recent years, I would like to give confidence again with my work, fight against overload and above all help others to be cordial with each other again.

This was also the reason why it is close to my heart to work for system-relevant areas, such as care facilities and jobs in the hotel industry and in handicrafts, since there is a great shortage of personnel in these areas. I have made it my business to find ways to find suitable motivated personnel for this purpose. If you are an applicant yourself and are looking for a job in one of the mentioned areas or if you are an employer who is looking for suitable personnel, I am happy to be your contact person.
