  • Requirements for au-pairs

    You come from abroad and want to become an au-pair in Germany? Are you between 18 and 26 years old? Do you have good German language skills from level B1? Do you enjoy working with children and have you already gained experience in childcare? Here you will find an overview of the first steps:

    • Apply in your home country for a certificate of good conduct (Police Report) not older than 3 months.
    • You need a health examination / medical certificate (Medical Report) not older than 1 month. You can do this at the nearest hospital in your home country. Contact us if you need more information.
    • Write a letter of motivation and explain to your host family why you want to be an au pair. Tell us who you are and what you like, so your host family will get to know you better. 
    • Send two photos of yourself.
    • Apply for a Police Report in your home country, not older than 3 months.

    How to register:

    Open the 'Registration Form', print it out. Fill out the form. Then scan or take a picture of your form and send it to contact@agenturzuversicht.com together with all the required documents.

    After you have selected an au-pair, we will establish contact between the host family and the au-pair via WhatsApp, Zoom or by phone.


    When the two sides agree, we will prepare the contract and visa documents. We will support you with the organization and will be available for further questions. If there are any problems with the au-pair, we will be happy to advise and try to solve them in dialogue. 

  • Information for the FSJ

    You are between 18 and 26 years old, come from abroad and are interested in a practical activity in the social sector, hotel industry, construction, childcare, which you would like to do for more than 6 months? You would like to get to know Germany with its language and culture?


    Then apply to us with the following documents:

    • Curriculum vitae
    • letter of motivation
    • Embassy dates
    • school-leaving certificate
    • Language certificate (B1-C1)
    • Recognition of certificates

    Applicants must write all application documents in German. All certificates must be submitted with a certified translation in German. During the FSJ-Incoming the participants receive pocket money, accommodation, social security as well as 27 vacation days and 33 educational seminar days with pedagogical support. 

  • BDF Mediation

    You are over 26 years old, come from abroad and are interested in a practical activity in the social sector, hotel industry, child care, construction industry, which you would like to do for more than 6 months? You want to get to know Germany with its language and culture?


    Then send us your application with the following documents: 

    • Curriculum vitae
    • letter of motivation
    • Embassy dates
    • School-leaving certificate
    • Language certificate (B1-C1)
    • Recognition of certificates

    Applicants should write their application documents in German. All certificates must be submitted with a certified translation in German. 


    During the BFD-Incoming the participants receive pocket money, accommodation, social security as well as 27 vacation days and 33 educational seminar days with pedagogical support.
